This will be an incredible SUP (Stand up paddle board) guided yoga experience on the pond west of the river at Tico Time. The boards will be anchored as we get into a slow, intuitive yoga flow working to find balance and move mindfully. Come prepared with swimsuit and sun gear, and to have a great time even if you take a dive. The yoga flow will be followed by a sound bath and meditative savasana on the boards.
