Nature, trauma, safety, and the nervous system: Come learn how to bio-hack your nervous system to change the state you are in at will for increased safety and good feelings for you and your relationships. There will be exercises done as individuals and groups mixed with people sharing their experiences. People will leave the workshop with concrete practices to better regulate themselves alone and with others to help with their growth and relationship goals. Bio: I am a certified body based trauma therapist, horse packer, and outdoor educator who has worked in facilitating healthy relationships with people and the Earth for the last 20 years.
